Nexus Health Limited is proud to deliver high-quality Any Qualified Provider (AQP) Musculoskeletal (MSK) outpatient physiotherapy services for patients across West Berkshire. Our services are conveniently delivered from two GP surgery locations in Earley and The Potteries, Reading, ensuring accessible, community-based care.

We work closely with GPs, Primary Care Networks (PCNs), and other healthcare professionals to ensure a seamless and integrated care pathway for every patient.

We contact you, arrange your appointment, and create a personalised treatment plan.
Advice, exercise therapy, manual therapy (if appropriate), and self-management support.
Usually an initial appointment plus 2–3 follow-ups if required.
We liaise with your GP or FCP for imaging or specialist referrals.
We will escalate appropriately to your GP, urgent care, or specialist services.
Initial appointments are typically 30 minutes and follow-up appointments are around 20 minutes.
